he Intruder is the smallest and fastest of all Scourge dropships and is designed to ferry a range of lighter cargo to the battlefield. It is armed with the same deadly plasma hose as the Marauder, making a large group of Intruders a particularly dangerous foe.

The Alpha variant carries Scourge warriors directly into the thick of the action. It is most commonly used to assail time critical objectives, where infantry can be delivered to storm buildings far quicker than through ground based APC's.
